Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary between 7–15 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur due to customs or carriers, for which we are not responsible.

4. Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with EU regulations.
Items must be returned in original condition.
Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
